Forty opened as the restaurant and café of Forty Nişantaşı Hotel — a quiet, architectural room set just off the boutiques and tree-lined streets of Nişantaşı. Every surface, from the brushed brass to the pale limestone, was chosen to hold light rather than compete with it.
In the kitchen, a contemporary menu draws from Mediterranean technique and international produce — steaks, seafood, pasta and wood-fired pizza, plated with restraint. Nothing is rushed, nothing is loud; the room is built for guests who want to stay a little longer.
