Our Story
Θίν'αλός began with a simple promise: bring the honest, sun-warmed flavors of the Greek coastline to the heart of Athens. Every fish on our terrace was swimming in Aegean waters that same morning.
Our family has spent generations by the sea, and it shows — in recipes passed quietly from grandmother to grandson, in the olive oil pressed by people we know, in the warmth we offer every guest who sits at our table.
